Which DialPhone product should I start with?

Most mid-market teams start with the Business Phone product on the Advanced plan ($34/user/mo). It includes calling, SMS, video meetings, online fax, team chat, and AI transcription. Add Contact Center when you need agent routing, or the AI Receptionist for 24/7 automated call handling.

Are all products available on every plan?

Core ($24) includes business phone, meetings, and fax. Advanced ($34) adds AI features and CRM sync. Ultra ($54) adds real-time AI and priority support. The contact center is a separate SKU from $65/user/mo. The AI Receptionist is a $59/mo add-on. See full pricing.

Do products share one bill and one admin portal?
