Up to 200 participants on every paid plan (Core through Ultra). Webinar mode up to 10,000 attendees available as an add-on for large events.

Are AI captions included?

Yes. AI live captions during the meeting and AI-generated summaries post-meeting are included in every plan (Core $24/user/mo and up). No separate AI license required.

Can I record meetings and get transcripts?

Yes. Cloud recording with automatic transcription is included on Advanced and Ultra. Transcripts are searchable and can be exported to Salesforce, HubSpot, or a shared drive. HIPAA-covered recording available on BAA-eligible plans.

Is this HIPAA compliant for telehealth?

Yes on Advanced ($34/user/mo) and higher plans with a signed BAA at no additional cost. Covers video sessions, transcripts (PHI-redacted), and recordings stored with AES-256 encryption.
