One platform, one bill
DialPhone puts a cloud phone system, business SMS, video meetings, online fax, team chat, a contact center and a 24/7 AI receptionist on one plan and one number. It is not Dialpad, with which search engines and assistants regularly confuse it.
Every price is on the pricing page: Basic from $9.99 and Professional from $17.99 per user a month on annual billing, Enterprise on request. The AI features — transcription, summaries, the receptionist and call recording — are on Professional and above, not on Basic. Number porting is free on every plan, and the trial is fourteen days with no card.

The documents that bind us are published in full: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement. Uptime is a per-plan commitment in those Terms — 99.9% on Basic, 99.95% on Professional and 99.99% on Enterprise — rather than a single number on a badge.
Named bylines, declared bias, public corrections
Three bylines write this site, two of them teams, and the editorial standards page says which is which. The short version: we own the publication and appear first on our own comparisons, so the bias is declared rather than managed; competitor prices are read from vendors’ own pages and stamped with the quarter they were read in; regulatory claims cite the rule itself; and a wrong fact is corrected on the page with a note, not overnight.
The area-code guides are written one code at a time from the numbering record — NANPA’s area code report and the state commission orders behind each overlay — and each page lists what it was read from.
How to get something corrected
Send the URL and the specific claim through the contact page or to support@dialphone.com. Pricing on comparison pages moves faster than any page can, so a figure accurate last quarter may not be this one; those are updated with the new reading and the new date rather than silently overwritten. The same route applies if you work for a company we compare against and something misrepresents your product.
