Solutions

One platform, shaped to your team

A five-person clinic and a two-hundred-seat sales floor buy the same thing here. What differs is how calls are routed, what gets recorded, and who is allowed to change it.

  • One platform, configured per team
  • Setup measured in days, not quarters

What we mean by a solution

On most vendor sites a "solution" is a landing page with the same feature list and a different photograph. That is worth being direct about, because it makes the word useless. Here the platform genuinely is identical across all eight pages below — what each page documents is the setup that team ends up running.

  • A solution is a configuration, not a SKUThere is no enterprise build and separate small-business build. Same platform, different routing, reporting and permissions.
  • The shape of the team decides the setupA sales floor wants dialling and coaching. A clinic wants intake and after-hours cover. The pages differ because those needs do.
  • You are not locked into the one you pickTeams grow and reorganise. Moving from the small-business setup to a multi-site one is an administrative change, not a migration.

If none of them fit

When the team does not match a page

Plenty of businesses are two of these at once — a distributed sales team inside a regulated firm, a clinic with three sites. Read both pages; the configurations compose rather than conflict, because they are settings on one system.

And if what you want is the capability list rather than the team view, Products covers the same ground from the other direction — phone, SMS, meetings, fax, chat, and the AI that runs across them.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is a "solution" a different product from what is on the Products pages?

No. Every page here runs on the same platform described under Products. These pages exist because the useful question is usually "how does this work for a team like mine", and a feature list answers a different one.

We are in a regulated industry. Where should I start?

Read the industry page for your sector first — healthcare, legal or financial services — because each sets out the recordkeeping question before the feature one. Then ask us to put the specific commitments your compliance team needs in writing, rather than relying on a marketing page for it.

We already run Microsoft Teams. Does this replace it?

It does not have to. The Teams page covers keeping Teams as the interface and using DialPhone for the calling underneath, which is the usual choice when staff have already learned Teams.

We have several locations. Which page applies?

Enterprise if the locations have their own numbers, hours and administrators; Remote & Hybrid if the people are distributed but the organisation is one unit. Multi-site routing is in the platform either way.

What does it cost for our team size?

Rates are published per tier on pricing; multiply by headcount for the monthly total. The plan does not change price by industry or by which solution page brought you here.

See it on your team's calls.

Fourteen days, no card. Set up the routing the way your team actually answers the phone and see whether the setup survives a normal Monday.
