You pick a plan or you stop. Basic is $9.99 per user a month on annual billing and Professional is $17.99; Enterprise is quoted. Cancelling has no notice period.

Basic if you need calls, SMS, an IVR and voicemail transcription. Professional if you need AI transcription, the AI receptionist, call recording or CRM integrations — Basic carries none of those, and trialling the wrong tier is the usual reason a trial disappoints.

Basic starts at one user. Professional has a three-user minimum and Enterprise a ten-user minimum, so a solo operator trialling the AI features should price three seats.

The included 250 minutes cover the trial itself. On the paid plans a fair-use cap applies — 1,500 minutes per user a month on Basic and 3,000 on Professional — which is published rather than discovered on an invoice.

Number porting is part of setup rather than something to arrange first. Say so in the notes field and it is handled alongside opening the account, so the trial runs on the number your customers already dial.
